1:1 Personal Training
Personal training designed around you, your goals, your lifestyle, and your starting point.
Sessions focus on structure, execution, and building strength and confidence over time, with a clear plan in place for your training outside of sessions.
You’ll also have access to your personalised programme via Fitness app, so you to continue your training confidently between sessions.
£45 per session
Block Options:
5 sessions – £215
10 sessions – £420
Block sessions support consistency, progression, and better results over time.
How it works
Training isn’t limited to the session itself.
For most clients, this looks like:
2 sessions per week with me
1–2 sessions completed independently using Fitness app
This creates structure, builds confidence, and keeps progress moving consistently.

About me
I’ve always been drawn to training, but the gym became something more meaningful to me after having my daughters.
Like many women, my body changed. I experienced diastasis recti, navigated breastfeeding, and went through the physical and emotional shifts that come with motherhood. For a time, I felt a little disconnected from myself.
Over the past few years, I’ve rebuilt that connection.
Not through shortcuts, but through structure, consistency, and learning how to work with my body rather than against it.
That experience now shapes the way I coach.
I know what it takes to be disciplined, but also how to adapt that structure to fit real life. Training shouldn’t feel overwhelming or unrealistic, it should feel purposeful, manageable, and built around you.
Balancing training with work, family, and everything in between isn’t always straightforward. Wanting to feel strong, confident, and like yourself again often sits alongside all of that.
My approach is simple: clear guidance, ongoing support, and a focus on long term results.
